JOB SUMMARY
This part-time position leads the CRSWLK Kids ministry for Crosswalk Chattanooga. The ideal candidate is hands-on, relational, organized, and passionate about children’s spiritual formation. While the role includes oversight and leadership, it is highly active in weekly program execution, classroom setup, volunteer coordination, and direct ministry to families. The director also serves as the spiritual leader within the Kids ministry, fostering a Christ-centered environment where children grow in faith through teaching, relationships, and example.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRSWLK Kids
● Plan and lead weekly Sabbath morning programming for CRSWLK Kids, including curriculum development, volunteer scheduling, and team oversight. The director ensures the ministry runs smoothly each week, stepping in when needed to support or fill roles as part of a hands-on leadership approach. They also serve as the spiritual leader within the Kids ministry, fostering a Christ-centered environment where children grow in faith through teaching, relationships, and example., including curriculum development, volunteer scheduling, and team oversight. opportunities for them to grow into future worship roles across every age group.

● Build relationships with Collegedale Academy’s Elementary School and serve as a representative of
Crosswalk.
