A Crosswalk Group Facilitatohelps foster spiritual growth and community. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for members to connect, share, and learn. Facilitators moderate discussions on sermon topics and help build community, and strengthen relationships with God and one another.
A Crosswalk Group Host Leader involves providing a welcoming space without leading the discussions. The host manages practical details such as:
    •    Opening their home for group meetings
    •    Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
    •    Organizing refreshments, seating, or necessary supplies
    •    Coordinating logistics like scheduling and communication
While the facilitator guides the group spiritually and facilitates discussions, the host leader ensures a hospitable environment that fosters connection and community.
